To be part of any of the above-mentioned Telkom’s learnership programme’s schemes, interested applicants should meet these following requirements:
Be an unemployed South African citizen with Matric or equivalent certificates (Special Note: Post-Matric qualifications such as Diploma or Bachelor degree are ineligible)
Be confidence when speaking, writing, and communicating in English
Follow current communicative technologies and able to deal with different PC hardware and software
Have decent interpersonal skills, such as able to communicate with different types of customers and work in team-based settings
Be a great problem solver with great abilities to analyse situations
Have additional experiences in the Sales department (plus point)
Never participate in any learnership programmes involving on wholesale and retail operations over the latest periods.
How to Apply Telkom Learnership 2020-2021
Interested learner candidates should at first visit Telkom’s main opportunities’ portal in order to start with the learnership’s application processes. They should click on the learnership programme of their choice and apply through online manual systems or their Linkedin account from there on.
Applying through online manual systems can be done by clicking on the “Apply” button found below each learnership’s position’s complete descriptions. After being redirected to the new login page, applicants should click on the “Register Now” text and fill in their personal details there, including their citizenship and preferred communication methods.
Those applicants will then get a notifications of their successful registration to Telkom’s learnership programme.
